Today we made latkes for Hanukkah. We mixed together eggs (or apple sauce), water and the latke mix. We let it set for a few minutes and then cooked them with some oil. Tiny the Elf from the North Pole even had a plate ready to try some. How did he know we were making them today. Must be Christmas magic! Mr. Brownlee followed the yummy smell down the hall and of course joined us as well.
