We had a visit from Scientist Vanessa from Scientists in School.  We learned about different types of simple machine and how they make work easier.

We have changed our house centre into Pizza Pizza! The children created a list of things we needed for the pizza shop and what type of pizza toppings they would serve.  They created signs, made toppings and brought some items from home.  The children made a class book about what their favourite toppings were.  Cheese and pepperoni were their favourites.  Their class book will be shared with families soon.
